Locate the case studies you want to order using our online search engine. Search for keywords appearing in the title, abstract, or author fields. Or, find a specific case by searching on its reference number. To browse case studies by topic, use the pull-down topic menu.
Determine the quantity and format you want to order. You may choose to receive hard copies of the cases shipped to you or secure document/permission to reprint via electronic download.
Place an order by adding items to your online shopping cart and then following the instructions to register and check out.

"Hard copy" documents ship from our distribution center, generally within 24 hours via FedEx. Multimedia orders ship separately, generally within 48 hours.
Secure Document/Permission Orders
This option, allows you to receive a Secure Document as a download. The Secure Document is an executable file viewable on the computer to which it was downloaded. You are permitted to print the quantity of copies (licenses) you selected and paid for. You will only receive ONE Secure Document per item. (So, if you order a quantity of 25 Secure Document/Permission copies, you may make 25 copies of the document from the one Secure Document you receive.) The cost is $3.45 academic/$6.45 corporate for each copy you will make. Please Note: Kennedy School cases are protected from unauthorized duplication under the United States copyright law.
Payment
Prepayment (in US dollars) is required for all orders. This site offers a secure environment for transmitting encrypted payment information, however, we also accept payment information by phone or fax [800 514 8923]. Orders will not ship until payment is received. Online orders may be paid with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Please order carefully. We DO NOT accept returned orders or overstock unless there has been an error on our part.
Shipping and Handling
All hardcopy orders are shipped via FedEx. We have several shipping options available: Within the US: Ground - (delivery within 1 to 5 business days) 2 Day - (delivery in two business days) Standard Overnight - (delivery by 3:00 p.m. next business day) Priority Overnight - (delivery by 10:30 a.m. next business day) Outside the US: International Economy - (delivery in 2 to 5 business days to most major cities) International Priority - (delivery in 1 to 3 business days to most major cities) Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. All delivery dates are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date. Larger orders may require longer print times. Additionally, all FedEx delivery times are based on the date shipped, not the date the order is placed. Delivery Time
All orders received by 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday, generally ship within 24 hours. Orders are processed during Sales Office business hours, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm. Orders received after hours or on Saturday/Sunday will not be processed until the office re-opens. If you need a case immediately, consider the Secure Document option.
